I think what he means is like this: he has a winning target lets say $100, but at the process he might won more than $100. Like if we play in a slot game, it is possible to win big amount unexpectedly. Just an example, at the beginning he has won $50 out of $100 (target) after he got $50 then Imhe got really nice win in a single bet that makes him won $200 in total (Obviously he will stop in this situation). On other hand, if there is no big win but he got continuous winning streak till he reach $100 profut then he will stop as well. In other words, he will stop depends on the situation.

Some time ago i start this system, and i really want to say - it works! At first, it changes your perception of life (and game, too). And while you live using positive rules, you are strong and confident in yourself. It also helps not to get upset in case of losing.
