When contacting this guy on Telegram, be sure to keep one thing in mind at all times: use a forum escrow for this transaction.

Here is a list of trusted escrows:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2439910

Never send coins upfront, not even incrementally. If the seller suggests to lower the price if escrow is dispensed with, stop and refuse. Scammers often use price incentives or discounts to tempt their victims to send first. It's a scam.

Use escrow only and be sure to contact the escrow directly. Beware of spoofed emails and websites sent by scammers or screen shots and cut & paste instructions from the escrow. Always contact the escrow directly. Wait for the escrow's response. Don't be pressured to send coins or money first.

As for the seller, if the offer is genuine, follow the same advice above. Use a forum escrow. Never send the miner without first confirming that the escrow has the buyer's bitcoins in his control.
