Guys, as you know Ethereum Inc, [eInc] blockchain is now live and coinsale is started, what you think about this new blockchain based organisation structure ?

In my opinion, some countries will accept einc as legal organisation structure because its transparent anyone can see transaction of a specific einc so its easy to implement taxation.
