If the author of the article is right and Georgia is one of the most crypto friendly countries in Europe, than I think this project will have more success in the future.

Does anyone know what the token distribution process will be like in the ICO or how will the tokens be split up once it's all done? Smiley

Looking forward to the presale Smiley

I am sure all this info will be provided in the whitepaper it is very informative.

You're right.

If anyone is curious, it's split up as follows: 85% to the token holders (public), and the 15% is split back between the team/advisors, company, and bounty campaigns.
The information is very interesting and I just hope that all that could be run smoothly according to plan the projects can make reliable and successful.

I think they're on the right tracks and have been doing well so far (since they're already making profit), so I have high hopes for the project and that's why I believe in it in so much.

Ambit Mining token holders will have the voting rights, which means that they will be able to participate in certain business decisions, when it comes to innovation and improvement of our operations.

I didn't know Georgia was such a good place for crypto companies.

No doubt the tax/regulations and the incentives will help ambit in their work.

Awesome! Will it just be a majority choice poll or something else?

Either way, it's good to be able to have your hear voice be heard and shows that you guys care about the community!

I would like to say several words about the web-page. it is also amazing, and really user friendly.

For sure. All the information is easy to find and in simple terms too. The same goes for the white paper, very clean, straight to the point and easy to understand.

Hope at the later stage the project will work as good as it is now.

Considering they're already making a profit and the presale is already so soon, I think they truly will be capable of scaling up after the sale.

And so far, they've followed their road map very accurately

What are the minimum requirements in order to participate the voting rights, but what are those business you are talking about, whether that decission will within the company or ventures are you going to use?

Now it is, and as I know there is very good legislation for mining, they even have crypto terminal for crypto withdrawal.

It seems that the ambit will release erc20 tokens on Etherium network, I have a question about the dividend distribution. If I store some tokens in my ETH wallet, I will receive the dividend in ETH every year?

Definitely. There's a huge incentive for Georgian crypto startups in the sense that there's less regulations, taxes and so on.

Also worth mentioning that one of the largest and the most famous mining companies (BitFury) is from Georgia.

A mining cryptocurrency that will enable token holders to be a part of mining firm. More like cloud mining. I think is a nice project to invest in and more analysis on the whitepaper proves the project is a sustainable.
