Hello,
I am researching new coins to invest and I am looking for coins with teams who have previous experience in developing successful projects (not necessarily crypto) and have some sort of working product released. Additional plus would be if this project have real world application. Please help me add more coins to my list.
So far I came up with the following list (in no particular order):
BAT - founder previously developed javascript and firefox, they now have brave browser with over 1M downloads and around 150 partnerships BNB - founder with previous experience in working with crypto exchange, they have working crypto exchange, top in volume as of writing Walton - real world RFID business Waves - working decentralized exchange Tron - Jack Ma's protege is a founder, large user base, messenger Ripple - real world banking Steem - co-founded by Dan Larimer, working social network of sorts Blackmoon - founder with experience in real world finance Civic - known founder, working identification solution KICK - founder experienced in crowdfunding, working crowdfunding solution Ardor - team experienced in blockchain, working platform solution
If you have any suggestions, feel free to add to this list, but please explain shortly, why the coin you are writing about fits here.
Edit: added Ardor suggested by chaosfourever since it has experienced team and working solution. Im not sure about the other mentioned coins, since they do not seem to have a team who puts something more than hard work and money on the table. The criteria I am looking for is a team who have good reputation and risking it if the project fails.

Don't even waste your time with those. If you want an amazing community and support with huge future potential then look at Deeponion. Literally the best community I have ever been apart of. The dedication is insane. The next is Ardor. It is one of the only blockchain 3 coins with an active working product. It does what Ethereum does but fixes all the issues. Plus it is backed by a great company. This will be a monster one day so I suggest you get in now. Most of the other coins out there only have promises and never deliver. Don't chase hype. Get in early with these and do it right.

TenX-Established in May 2015, had an MVP August 2015. Beta was released in February of 2017. They have always had a working product, and had been around for a couple years before entering the crypto space. The founder hasn't made other projects before, but you can clearly Julian is very knowledgeable about the crypto space. From my view, they will be one of the projects that succeeds after all this speculation hype hoopla is done with.

I'm a big fan of those two:
Oyster Pearl - a working testnet A and very cheap secure cloud storage.
Pundi X - a working POS with the idea to distribute 50 000 - 100 000 POS devices to the end of 2018.

Tron has been so good before about those partnerships that are being updated by its main dev from time to time. And that is really effective as a type of marketing to make that coin in the top 10 spot in the CMC but I'm starting to doubt it now. Many has cashed out and that might be the reason why the price now is getting lower. There's an ICO now that has a solid team and set of advisers, check out VLB and let's see if what's your review with it.

how about spectre.ai (SXDT and SXUT)? This token is an exchange spectre.ai project, I think this token is potential in the future, because I notice the average token of the exchange project has good growth.

Thanks guys, mentioned coins are good, some are very solid projects, but one of the criteria I am looking for is a team or a founder who have a good reputation developing projects and risk it if the project fails. So far only Ardor fits since Jelurida, a team behind it have that rep making blockchain solutions before, and they actually have a new working blockchain solution running already. I will look into other mentioned projects in more detail and if they also fit I will add them to OP. Any new suggestions will also be appreciated.

One of the best investments right now fits your preferences perfectly - FunFair. - they have a great team, way bigger than other crypto projects - Jez San is a very reliable founder/leader with a good track record in the target industry (online casinos) - the platform is already on testnet and the full release is set for Q2 2018 - basically no competition in the blockchain space, some amateurish casinos exist but this is the only online casino platform- their tech is very respectable (see "fate channels", the only production level implementation of state channels on Ethereum) This is a good start but DYOR afterwards: https://www.casinopedia.org/news/jez-san-funfair-launch-uber-online-casino-ethereumAlso take a look at Cindicator & BitDegree.

I would add three of my favourites:
- ALQO - rapid development by experienced German team, preparing to open a cryptocurrency exchange - Tierion (TNT) - proof engine for data verification, business partnerships with Microsoft, Ultimus and some other - SHIFT - decentralized 3.0 Web, they introduced their dApp Phantom securing file management over IPFS network

I also want to find a coin that has a purpose as a payment processor, I see there utrust and monetha, both have a great team, what do you think?

STORM - The team is solid(no all stars) but their advisory board is a team of MVPs for sure. Here is a list of some of their advisors - Bill Shihara - CEO & Founder of Bittrex Charles Hoskinson - CEO of IOHK(Cardano) + Former CEO/Co-founder Ethereum Anthony Di Lorio - CEO & Founder of Jaxx + Founder at Ethereum Tom Bollich - Founder Member at Zynga. Btw, STORM is a token that is earned by playing/buying games so those partnerships with Jaxx and Zynga(Zynga poker/Words with Friends/Farmville) are huge.

I would choose a project with a real business. Ambrosus is a very good example. They have a very good team and they communicate very well with the community. They already have a lot of big partners. They are developing sensors for tracking foods and pharmaceutical products. They also are developing their own blockchain. AMB is actually an ERC20 token.

I would suggest you to look at OMG - they are very close to ETH guys and they want to cover all of the asian unbanked population to process their payments. I think this is x100 type of projects.

You should add this ICO to your list because i have seen your OP and i would to add this with the same reason as you have mentioned in the OP.
VLB - founder with experience in real world car related business ( made CarFix and CarPrice company and it is fully working now), team experienced in blockchain (IBM blockchain director, partnership with QIWI Blockchain Technologies)
That is how to explain it short. Hope you can check the project yourself.

Good list. Imho XEM and ADA must be on this list. Also, I would add KMD to this list. All these projects look solid and have good devs team. Ada (Cardano) have part of the Eth team as I know.
