If I send coins to a wrong wallet (person), will there be a way to get it back?

No, you can't. Try to find that wallet here on bitcointalk, maybe you can contact the wrong owner and he will send it back. But thats very low probability that you find him.

Unfortunately, it's impossible. They only thing you can do is somehow contact the owner and ask him/her to send your money back

You are your own security, it's just like losing private key, there is nothing anyone can do even, the developers.
