Rules: Once all spots are filled a block will be chosen to start the raffle.  The ending character of the hash for that block, and the next 15 consecutive blocks will select the winners.  If your character is selected more than once, you win more than one prize!  So it is possible you could win all 16 rounds with one spot!

Everybody Wins: Any user that isn't selected to win a prize, will get a free 1g .999 silver NastyPool round.

Ideally, one of you would be willing to change.  Fattcatt, any preference on how to resolve the situation?

I would say that it is first pay first serve, but it appears that Fattcatt may have paid and the tx confirmed on the same block as yours (this is an assumption since the txid hasn't been posted).
