How Cryptopia is SCAMING a lot of people

hi everyone,
i never had a complain until today...
ive made a EVR Token wridraw and stuck on pending for a full day...
try to ask for support and the reply i get "Waiting time for response is 26 days"
then i tried discord channel and got a reply that "its against the rules to ask for help on the channel"
then i tried the cryptopia Forum and i stomble with a lot...really a lot of people complaining and got no admin reply...
looks like im going to give up on my 552 EVR my all money....
they f***ked me really bad like theyve done a lot of people in the cryptopia forum...
i trusted so mutch on cryptopia that i had all my money there...tried arbitrage and thats it Pending for life...stuck with almost nothing...
CRYPTOPIA WONT HELP ANYONE, WONT REPLY TO SUPPORT...JUST NOTHING....

just found out now that they block my wridraws and are stealing my money...try to wridraw whats left of it and also pending....

Same here. REDDCOIN withdrawal stuck from hours now. 26 days waiting time as per email received after the ticket raised. It sucks!

Its not a scam but transaction time is way too much. I sent RDD from Bittrex to Cryptopia and litterely within a minute TrxID was generated. But with cryptopia, it already is over 4 hours and stll no TRX ID. Its 1 miniute vs 4 hours and still waiting. Thats a defination of a good vs fu*ked up exchange. My last time with Cryptopia. Lesson learnt.

looks like its a problem with the wridraw system i think...that it takes to long
but cryptopia should think in there costumer support...
i found out theres any if you need imediate help...and that policy of against asking help on discord channel....
discorts exists to debate and chat about the channel in question...one of the best things of discords is that you can ask for help and get atention...they should change there policy....cryptopia still one of the biggest altcoin exchange....changes should be made taking care of the costumers that make it the great exchange that is...

Good to hear this, I personally occasionally used their exchange many months back and all working, but their communication was slowly, that's right. The reason could be many newcomers when other exchanges stopped to accept new traders at the end of the last year, but who knows

I once get victimized by this site and never step again since for what I read cryptopia had a serious problem regarding on deposits and withdrawal matters, and seems their management doesn't even care to resolve their piling bad issue unto their site. Maybe our life will be better if we select those better exchange and go away for cryptopia since they are showing some signs of scamming.

it's true but i want to confirm if actually one can reduce the fee, because sometimes the charge over there is much compared to other recent exchange .

I don't think they will ever listen about reducing their prices, definitely something they don't want, also have you seen their listing price? lately it was about 18 BTC I don't think they worse this much

Even though they are charging the very high fee at the time of withdrawals, but why they are delaying withdrawals much time. People are already losing faith in this cryptopia exchange, support systems are not up to the mark.

Good to see that you made your withdrawal. You are just hasty and giving yourself something to worry. They didn't even block your withdrawal, it doesn't mean that it's on process or pending means they block you. Patience is a virtue and you lack of it, next time when you trade to other legit and well known exchange when the dash board says you have a pending withdrawal you will also say the same thing. Thanks also for sharing that their discord channel will give you more attention by informing them there.

Your problem is solved so kindly update your thread's title as it is obvious, that you weren't scammed by cryptopia. It is hard for us to differ between scam complaints and problems, that are solved already. Apart from that, it is not right to just leave false accusations as headlines.

A few days ago my friend got login email from his cryptopia account, but they never login and all passwords are never accessed to public. Lucky there is no balance available there, it confirms that there is no security in cryptopia and they do not think of protection for their users. I will never trust it and use it forever.

Login email? you mean a successful login on your friends account? I'm asking cause these past few days, I'm receiving a lot of failed attempt in logging on of my account.
Well, I'm not worrying about my funds simply because I'm confident on the security of my email address.

My mindset: If just in case someone have successfully use it, I'm sure that it's cryptopia.
