My activity didn't increase after the 2 week period towards the end of february.

My understanding is that activity increases by (# of posts - activity) with a maximum of of 14 activity every 2 weeks. I had 28 activity points before my last few posts in february so by that reasoning, I should have >28 activity, correct?

I'm sure that I'm missing something, what is it?
