Any interest in selling complete 470 rigs?  I live just south of Kansas City, so pretty close to you I would guess, so wouldn't even have to tear down or ship.  My partner and I will need to find some space, but we could possibly work something out.

Those are nice price, especially with how GPUs are priced recently(That 1070 looks tempting to me).
