When I try to broadcast my transaction on blockchain.info. I receive  16: mandatory-script-verify-flag-failed (script evaluated without error but finished with a false/empty top stack element), code=-26)

you tried to broadcast unsigned rawtx Cheesy it won't work
you need to sign it first with appropriate private key then broadcast to spend your coin
are you the owner 3Nxwenay9Z8Lc9JBiywExpnEFiLp6Afp8v?

Obviously not.
That's an Exchange's Wallet address.
OP is a noob that thinks anyone can spend from any address without the private key.
