of course they will move actually im thinking that whales is just waiting for the movement of BTC before they pump it, and  This is accumulating time.

Most of the projects are very closely related to BTC. He falls and pulls other altcoins. Hold makes sense to do only with very stable platforms.

Holding crypto its always a risk) But I think its worth it) Why not to invest in alts while they are <1 USD) They might rise up over 10USD easy

No distinction between BTC and Alternative Coin. Holding coin is always be a risk. You can take risks anytime. I must admit that alter have high chance to pump than BTC. (you can get 100,200% if you're lucky). So I think we should move a little to invest in alt, and keep rest. Don't worry BTC will recover in the future. While waiting, we can play with alter =))

All the altcoins are depends on the Bitcoin once Bitcoin is fall in the market automatically all the altcoins are down because supply and demands are reduced in the market. It is not a big issue in crypto platform we should hold your investment is the best way to prevent the Bitcoin and altcoin. But we should buy more Bitcoin or altcoins because currently all the coins are dump in the market so this is right time to invest in cryptocurrency.
