It seems that you don't really understand how activity works.

You can only get 14 (potential) activity per period ( Period = 2 weeks), which is the reason why it isn't going up anymore.

You already accumulated the max amount of activity you can get for this period. (14), (14 + 14), which means you participated/posted in 2 periods basically..

The difference between post and activity, post it, we ngepost to bitcointalk forum. if activity, every 2 weeks once activity 14. Suppose you ngepost 25 in 2 weeks your activity from 0 to 12.
