Can Sell Weapons to Count Down and Challenging Countries Ever Justified?

The Democratic government regularly supplies weapons to what is sometimes called "criminal states" - oppressive regimes that violate the basic rights of their own citizens, or aggressive regimes that mistakenly threaten the security of outsiders.

how your solution?

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Here is my opinion. People should mind there own business, meaning there is no moral justification to supply arms to any group, rebel or militia to fight oppression because this solution often doesn't work or it never worked... I stand to be corrected though. Just look at isil now, where did they get most of the arms they are using to cause terror? They are mostly caches of arms left in that region during the u.s and it's allied invasion of Iraq. They armed the rebel and we all can see the result of that till today years after the so-called dictator is dead. Libya is also a good example, it used to be a great country under the regime of the then dictator Gaddaffi but we also can see what has become of Libya today. Has funding and arming the rebel in the country helped the so called oppressed? The answer is no. It made the whole situation a mess and the people are the ones suffering now. Afghanistan is also the sane and Syria is on the brink of destruction. I am not in support of dictatorship but arming and funding the rebels isn't the best solution.
Diplomacy works and may alleviate douse some of the fire though it doesn't solve all the problem due to agreement/disagreement but it's better than outright war and destruction because history tells us this never works. My two cent.

How about NOT sending guns to anyone? More guns have rarely resulted in a better world. In fact, it might be never.

Weapon selling causes terror. Why promote wars and killings? Why do we have
United Nation in the first place? Was it not to preach and maintain world peace?
When countries or groups supply weapons to wipe out a particular group, you should
also consider the attendant effect on the citizenry.Sanctions are always better than supporting
the sale of arms.If some countries or groups don't comply with conventional practices, let the
UN sanction them. Not by selling arms to cause killings.

The answer very much depends on the definition you apply for a democracy and the context that you use.

I see shows like Our Cartoon President and feel that US (I'm not from USA) is still a democracy where you can criticize people freely in a justified manner, irrespective of their stature which is not available in the Asian/African countries.

The naivety of this thread amuses me, yet I think it is a clear case for "off-topic".
