I know one hosting place, but it's not cheap, If you are not a taxable company with EU VAT number

L3+ hosting  64 euro month + 20% VAT
S9   hosting  94 euro month + 20% VAT
D3   hosting  89 euro month + 20% VAT

If you need to change the pool address, then this is by email.
No other costs are added.

They need a miner, a PSU and EU power cord
Payment every month, no advance payment required. One month must be announced in advance to terminate the contract.

in some countries prices are OK sweden 4 cents czech republic 6.7 cents romania 7.7 cents but yeah it's not best location but not so bad also sweden is very OK actually. The best option though is Georgia in free zone no tax no VAT 0.05USDkwh

I am looking at this time for something which is already setup and requires no additional investment cost
