That is third ICO which is launching by a same person and after some time when people do investment  this person disappear from screen,

That person have some fix accounts for which he is buying posts and then past that posts from that accounts for doing advertising of his ICO's.

I also got well here, which I can say, as a conclusion that not all signals work correctly, there are many false ones.
