There is no impact on this for crypto market if the news is real. I already guessed this would happen because FaceBook have already initiated ban on crypto or ICO advertisements in their social media and Google is the mother of FaceBook, so it is obvious that this steps would be taken.
We have other search engines and I think due to this other search engines would reach to the moon and compete with Google if Google bans crypto related ads.

It's not bad news, it's good news. Most of those ads were for phishing sites, designed to steal people's log-ins for the exchanges. It gave noobs a bad impression that the crypto space was full of scams and crooks.

It gave noobs a bad impression that the crypto space was full of scams and crooks. Same, i partially support Google in their move. ICO scammy ads are popping everywhere and many people once seeing multiple ads tend to trust it and fall in this sometimes obvious scam. Although, some well established companies shouldn't be affected by this ban, it should be more selective.

No matter whatever be the next in line, a next company to do it. Every week there is news circulating about regulation and may result on a decrease in price, but time will come that all of this be done. None will close its door to cryptocurrency. When that time comes it would be a bullish increases of a lifetime. A new history will be made, better be optimistic on this days.

I hope no more will ban cryptocurrency maybe they have effect because google add for sure help to people to convince to join and invest to cryptocurrency. We know that cryptocurrency is good for us because we can earn money or profit. So the better we gonna do is to continue our journey and don't be affected to the news who are negative because they know that crypto is become more popular and successful so they want to be fail.

If Google is doing their part in protecting their users from being involved with sites that are intended for scamming, then I don't see anything wrong with their choice to ban such crypto-related ads. I guess that this may be generalizing, but this is the consequence we have to suffer for involving cryptocurrency in such motives. Not only is the reputation of crypto on the line but as well as Google's if they push through with allowing such sites to lure around their platform. It's a smart and safe move for Google.

I think it's a good news and not a bad one. So no need to worry for this. The advertisement will make negative effect of crypto currency. This forum is quite enough for the promotion of bitcoin. And if you get profit from crypto currency, share it to your friends and colleagues.

Facebook removing ads about Bitcoins, ICOs and Cryptos, No problem. Google to ban ALL Crypto related ads, still No problem. Where are they when Bitcoin and Alts are just starting? Posting an add about Bitcoin and Alts are not limited to posting in search engines. There are other mediums like forums, blogs and those established sites that publishes Cryto related articles. There's a lot of online shops and casinos out there that accepts Cryptos so there's already a demand.

That's bullish! Do you know how many scams had been advertised via google and Facebook? Way too much! For the long term this is very positive and it was long overdue.

Bad or not this was something that can be expected way to much around with this and most are scams and pushing sites. Maybe this way we will have some more room for real advertisement but think this is just for short term, eventually this will be returning to previous in very short time.

I've seen this for the nth time.
This is bad news for those developers who makes ICO as their business. No more big platform to advertise their scams.

It gave noobs a bad impression that the crypto space was full of scams and crooks. Yeah, exactly. If anybody bothered to do some research, most ads you see on google relating to crypto are phishing sites. This is true especially with mixing services. Don't believe me? Literally search up bitmixer and the first thing you get confronted by is probably going to be a phishing link. And google wasn't doing anything about it. I'm guessing this is why we crashed to the $8k level we are at right now. People don't realize that most crypto companies actually don't do advertising on mainstream platforms anyways, and the people who do are there to target newbies. When people do realize it, expect the BTC value to rebound back up to $9k+.

There will be no more scam ICO and google has protected its revenue. do not respond to this with panic, but some people are in panic and cause the price to get red.
