I think deal solution would be when this STeX Up ref link could redirect people to exchange after the launch. I'm not sure if this is possible tho, since it isn't connected with email but with eth address.

Exactly that is the case. The referral program works also for the exchange and not only the ICO as you use your ETH address for the exchange. You can even keep the referral link from the first ICO (Q3/2017) and it still works

There will be 2 tokens, the STE and the A2A token. STE and A2A are two tokens that compliment each other. They are different tokens for different purposes
