Yep, sometimes mining hardware is unreliable.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

This is not the first time that I read very negative comments about the Bitman support. They just focus on selling. Not on post sales customers support. It's always the same story with those Chinese companies.... Sad

Bitmain is very much a classic case of "if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys" or "buy cheap, buy twice".

Bitmain really is only beneficial if you buy in large stocks or live very close to their delivery network.

Or if you are going for bulk orders, it is better to go over yourself and buy them in person. Seriously.

If something goes wrong and the prices you pay for repairs, deliveries there AND back and the down time you have from not mining, the flight over does really pay for itself.

Merit me or don't.

Its already considered as one risk in buying mining machines from them, its not a little money spent seriously and I doubt if you don't actually check their reputations here, a lot of horror stories foretold and warnings. sad thing you've been hit.
