Well after a long 3 weeks of going back and forth with PayPal, they (as always) decided to side with the buyer. I am out the 10btc that I had mined and sold to a sneaky individual on ebay, I am out transaction fees from paypal and ebay for the sale and as of today my PayPal balance is negative!
I think this is an end game for me.
Perhaps it was a mistake for me to sell my precious bitcoins on Ebay, but I didn't realize that until after I got hit with the PayPal reversal.
I am thinking it is time for me to sell the graphics cards I purchased (Gigabyte HD5870, and a pair of ATI 6950s modded to be 6970s), even at a loss to get out of this game.
I wish I knew what to do, but I am frankly really dissapointed in PayPal, and financially I think quitting now may be the best choice.
Anyone have any advise for me?

my advice would be: don't do it again.
i would also point out that quitting is truly silly: you have just discovered one of the things that makes Bitcoin as good as it is. the purpose of acquiring knowledge is to profit from it.

Like others have said, that only shows how good Bitcoin is in comparison to Paypal and other shit like that; quit Paypal and stay with Bitcoin

it would seem that selling btc via exchanges would be much prefereable to paypal/ebay.
Maybe you cant ask for premiums, but dealing with a reputable exchange is much safer. Ive also started selling btc in real life, cash in hand!
Tell your friends about bitcoin, chances are one or more will be interested (several of mine were).

Trusting eBay to side with you over something that is not concrete and in your hand is like trusting Hitler. Not to mention Paypal's contract with eBay lets eBay actually control the decision, so Paypal just tosses you around.

Exactly. People are shit and they ruin good things all the time. This is why bitcoin was made. Don't let some dickless wonder demotivate you off of the ground floor of something that personal experience just demonstrated is right.

Don't give up! My advice: Don't sell hardware & don't sell your BTCs. 10 coins is not a big deal, there was much bigger losses,,,
Could you say who' scammed you on ebay? Blacklist him!

Lots of people here will buy your hardware, but that's not the point. Make sure you exchange your bitcoin to dollars before paying for things. It complicates stuff, but it covers your butt if it's on your credit card (unless it's for goods that are less than legal).
