Yup, seems to be, almost 2000 blocks found and 0 payouts listed when it says they payout every 15min. All miner balances are also 0 when clicking into them. So far seems like a scam.

Did you try the CLI wallet to see.

If you see the Webwallet, it says Latest Block#: 0 in footer left corner.
So thats mean the webwallet is not sync with blockchain. Dev need to fix that.
