You can't telnet to thoose address. They listen at UDP port - not TCP

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

https://struena.org/bitcointalkanno.png

Major Features:
•   Smart Contracts
•   Masternodes  - No presale - Minimum 10.000 STR required. More info coming soon.
•   Decentralized Marketplace & Exchange

Soooo... this is just Ethereum rebranded? Sell us on something new here. Right now it's am exact clone with a crummier name.

As far as I know Ethereum does not have or plan to have Maternodes & Decentralized Market & Exchange.

Just need one JUST ONE to introduce zk-snarks. It's getting to the point than I'm just going to do it myself. Ethash algo with masternode injected with zk-snarks with a pos system like neo. Use that  pos coin as smart contract payments......

Sure. The node with go-struena CLI use tcp and udp
But the bootstrap node only uses UDP. Smiley

Everyone there claim to have problem setting up a node

In order to help you, we need to know the following.
1) OS
2) Architecture
3) Node launch from release or compiled from source

It is not helping us if you just write: "its does not work"
Currently we are setting serval extra nodes up across the world. At diffent providere, different OS and architecture.
So the peerlist will increase. So far we did not have any problem starting sync the blockchain across the nodes.

In that case, we are still investigating the issue with the Windows CLI.
In the mean time you can use one of the linux distribution to setup solo mining or a pool.

Local machine but after running admin.addPeer('enode://837f918d49b44ac832837a7d58946c6f0f12697ad6da3bb4c5b8d0c3639e8bdf45c55b69f6abeb09ec1a8b91d7e86007efa0cf4d277fabf857b82e427c06fdfc@159.89.235.141:30303') it looks like it is able to sync the chain now. Manually adding the peers listed in your other post seems to work.
