I agree. We can able to see the peak as like in 2017.Just remember the past the huge raise of the price was occur at the end of the year. It may be after August, increased from 2500$ to 19,000$in certain short period. Now the price is around 8500$,soon the price of bitcoin will reach out the new moon.

Exactly, you should never panic. Just sit there and watch your bitcoins lose value day after day after day. Just keep dreaming that it will increase again and you will feel happy!

Well if we are going to based it in the last three years, bitcoin is somewhat dormant in the first quarter of the year and then pick up around June and goes to all-time-highs every month then.

So with that said, Its safe to assume that we can repeat another great performance this year as well. But don't expect that the growth we see last year can be replicated again. The situation has change, there's a lot of regulations going on. But definitely another great year. I'm seeing we can double the last previous high, so maybe around $40K this year.

That is my expectations too I expect the price to move so high in 2018 that I have told many of my friends to invest in bitcoin and cryptocurrency but many of them are currently regretting and find it difficult to believe in what I have told them.  I hope the situation changes in no time and we have improved situation as the coins keep on dashing people hope.

That is my expectations too I expect the price to move so high in 2018 that I have told many of my friends to invest in bitcoin and cryptocurrency but many of them are currently regretting and find it difficult to believe in what I have told them.  I hope the situation changes in no time and we have improved situation as the coins keep on dashing people hope.

Everyone is really hoping that ca can all recovered from the bearish trend.  I still have faith in it, and its early to call that we will not achieved greater price at the end of the year.

I think that we can go as high as $50K. Specially if he much anticipated LN (lightning network) will be implemented before the 3rd Quarter. I'm sure that it will push the price and improved the situation and keep the price at least close to $50K.

2017 was good year because mass adoption started a bit early but big guys dont let millennials to get rich of cryptos. Everything is controlled by main mediastream and they will not let something to go far away if they dont have a power to control it. This year cryptos will go even more higher levels if governments take their dirty hands and let markets do its job.

Expectation might hurt you in the end so better to focus on your goal. Yes, bitcoin are quiet unstable right now because of how people reacts on FUD news. I still believe on bitcoin, no matter how government are trying to ruin cryptomarket it will still survive and go higher this year people would love to use cryptocurrency and FUD news will never stop people from it.

Definitely the best things that we can do for now is just relax and don't panic. It is given that before ending of year 2017 there has a great performance of bitcoin happened. No one expecting that but it's happen.It means that nothing is impossible, maybe the time comes that it will deeply dump, the worst dumping ever and maybe it will be a very huge pump, pumping that you'll not yet experience. All of our speculation are possible to happen, however, it will be better if we don't expect anything from this, all we need to do is still believing and hoping for it's fast and much better recovery.

believe it or not you, will not affect or reduce my belief in bitcoin, its market and its special world cryptocurrency. I believe this year will reach the maximum number, this situation will make the bitcoin ready to take off to the expected number. IMO in June until the end of the year will be the greatest time for BITCOIN.

It may not go quite as high as it did last year. (I hope it goes higher) but I'd say by summer time things will be recovering nicely. Like most of us I was hoping it would stay above 10k but now is just another opportunity to buy some more at a cheap price!

Past performance can't always guarantee future results BUT you can changed that view if pointing about bitcoin performance.

Price rise and price crash always have chance to happened to the extent that we may surprised that it reached a level we didn't expected. Now rather than thinking too much about what will happened throughout the year, take bitcoin as long term and consider current issues that affect why it's on bearish as part of bitcoin ecosystem.

After all, there are lots of reasons to believed that soon price will catch up again and will crash all negative speculations. Take advantage of the dip rather than take it as negative thing.

I still have great expectation about later 2018 and we will see ATH in 2018 once more. Bull market will be more strong than ever in 2018 or 19 cause bear market was bigger than correction. Altcoins will not die btw.

in my opinion it's all because one of your own friends, because they do not really believe in the world of crypto, like bitcoin. regret is what they finally disclose and added lack of information and lazy to learn to deepen the world of cryptocurrency.
we will be quite difficult to increase the price in the near future, now we just need to wait and be patient until the price we expect to come. the conclusion of all this we just do not need to panic, just let the coins go as it should be.

that is the big problem though!
people only care about the price so that is what they focus on and that is what becomes volatile while the technology is having a hard time advancing. for example how many people are really looking at bitcoin code, how many are reporting bugs they find, how many are testing new softwares such as lightning network. LN nodes reached 1000 and then stopped there. do we really have only 1000 bitcoin users?!!

besides if everyone focused on the technology and learned more about it and really understood what it means when we say "decentralized, censorship-resistance currency" then they wouldn't have panicked by a ban news in first place so they price would been controlled more too!
