my buddy just had some coin stolen from his cex.io account. cex.io says email verification was sent and click but the email is not there or in trash. anyone else get scammed?
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Never had the problem, did your friend have the same password for cex.io and the email address?

Is the coin lost, or did he recovered it?

I'm very satisfied with cex.io. Did lot transactions on their home page. They never stole money. They send withrowals back in time. Yeah they write that bank  payments time 1-3 days but they always make these in time. Few days ago i get my 5000 usd withrowal next day early morning. Also bank transfers works well 1-2 weeks. Their home page is very good easy use comfortable page very good for new users. Some people could have problems as in regular with banks too.
To tell the truth my bank hold my invested money 3 month before i can get it - and why because thay say that contract is allow them it. Why? They have much more workers. So i don't think that bitcoin exchanges like cex are slow. Lots of traders realize their profit last month also lots of people think today that it could be good investment and join.
So Cex.io is a trusted exchange with a conveniant page for those who wouod like to invest money.

CEX is a scam and people are losing their hard earned money every day there.

Obviously, some people are not getting scammed, which is how the company continues to get more people trapped since there are some users who seem to think this company is legit and provides good services.

There would not be a Facebook page of people starting a class action lawsuit against the company if they were not doing illegal activities and stealing money from innocent people.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/142148616441271/about/

Beware, you might be one of the unlucky people who never see your money again.

I challenge anyone to prove me wrong by showing me any credible information or a contact number where I can speak to someone at CEX to confirm the legitimacy of this company. It simply won't happen though, because they are a scam just collecting as much as they can before they get shut down.
