Rules: Once all spots are filled a block will be chosen to start the raffle.  The ending character of the hash for that block, and the next 15 consecutive blocks will select the winners.  If your character is selected more than once, you win more than one prize!  So it is possible you could win all 16 rounds with one spot!

Everybody Wins: Any user that isn't selected to win a prize, will get a free 1g .999 silver NastyPool round.

When offering refunds if I sent 0.01 BTC? Do you send me back 0 01 BTC? Or 0.01 BTC minus the tx fee? Who does the tx fee fall on is my question. Because I feel as if the person giving the refund, IE you,  is not responsible for the tx fee so if you are doing refunds, the person requesting the refund should be liable for the tx fee

Depends on the scenario.  I try to take it on a case by case basis and do what I feel is right.  In this scenario, I would be fine with covering the transaction fee.  I typically always cover the fee to be honest, but if someone is being a dick I might make them pay it.
