Remember before you post that the US economy is one of the strongest in the world, and until that trust is broken....
Though also there are political games being played with the credit rating, and we watch the debt climb to amazing levels.
The USA economy, while still stronger than a lot of people think, its not the reason the rest of the world respects the dollar and allows the USA to spend more than they produce. The reason they "respect" the dollar is that the USA has the bigger army in the world and uses it.
