Hi ya'll!

In my country of residence (Malta, Europe) all the major banks have banned transfers to crypto exchanges so I'm looking into what the options are regarding e-wallets that allows such transfers. I found Revoult that I assumed to allow it since they have the option of buying a couple of altcoins from their platform. But as far as I've understood you cannot transfer FIAT from your Revoult account to an exchange as well as you cannot transfer the crypto you buy on their platform to an exchange or mew as an example.

Can anyone shed some light to what payment method I can use to transfer fiat (EUR) to an exchange?

You could use BitPanda (An european exchange) with either Skrill or Neteller, I don't think any of them disallow crypto transactions because they both accept bitcoin deposits.

I'd suggest you use LocalBitcoins[1] instead. That way, you can do peer-to-peer transactions with people using cash, so the banks would have no traces of your transaction(s). Just make sure to do the transactions on somewhere safe, like at a mall or something, whereas there are security guards around.

Thanks for the info! It's funny how getting intrigued by crypto automatically will make you fall even harder for the concept when you come to realize how the banks are limiting what you can do with your own money! In order for a wider adoption of crypto I feel it's important to make the initial process of exchanging fiat to crypto needs to be made easier for the average Joe. I can imagine there's a lot of people that are aware of it but turns around in the threshold as it's deemed too much trouble getting into the market.
