yes, but I personally think that it will not happen for too long, even in my opinion when the price of ethereum below $ 600 is the beginning of the rise of ethereum, because when the price of ethereum reaches $ 600 even below it then in the next few days the price of ethereum will increase until the price $ 1300 even more.

The whole crypto scene got struck by the news: Google banning crypto-related ads. Even Bitcoin got affected quite hard too—directly falling from $9200 to $7600—even though that news should have no long-term effect on Bitcoin. Same situation here. I want to convert but with prevailing price,  it discourages me. It is painful to see that our  portfolio continue to sunk even losing more 1/4 of its value. But still I am hopeful that it will recover but its too long to the end of the year. Another sacrifice again.

The price of ETH can not fall below $ 600. The current market is being restored and the prices of all the altcoins are going up. This can be seen as the pathetic fall of the altcoins. But all can not affect ETH.
The reason is that bitcoin goes down and the whole market goes down. ETH is only affected by the collective effects but its value is still great. So never the price of ETH is under $ 600.

Dont worry, it is simply a correction on the market thanks to "bad news" and whales of course. So i believe in Ethereum and guess that it can make more than 10x to the end of 2018.
