I apologize my words are a little rude ...
1. as a new member (same as me) you should not create a question tread that you can answer yourself if you read a lot in this forum (especially sticky tread)
2. if you want to ask, it's better to join a discussion topic that is the same purpose as what you will ask (if no one replied to your post / no answer, then pm someone who seems to understand what you are going to ask)
3. if you are still confused you can find what you are looking for by adding bitcointalk in google search field (example: How to join signature campaign bitcointalk)
I say like this because the end of this tread lot of questions like this that they can actually answer themselves by reading a thread or other post (the main point is multiply reading)
