How to use Telegram

Hi I am new to telegram I have installed it on my android phone.. But only 4 of my contacts use it..My question is I want to join different telegram groups so, how I can do so If i am new... Is there any restriction for new members of telegram...??

Nope you should be able to join any telegram group as long as you have an address to join.

1. Open Telegram Channels Catalog in your internet browser.
2. Find a channel you want to join.
3. Tap Add To.
4. Select Telegram.
5. Tap Always or Just once.
6. Tap JOIN.

You can search for channels using the @ or you can check out https://tchannels.me/ to search for channels you would like to join.

Followed your steps but after add to it redirects me to a new tab of that channel where its written view channel and even on clicking view channel nothing is happening...

Perhaps the telegram group you want to merge has been locked or deleted by the author, or with other possibilities no longer accepting new members but this is rare. Try to find another group and try to join there with the steps above. If you succeed, it means there is no problem with your telegram..
