Because killing someone by "mistake", try fixing that..

I was talking about the failed hanging. If someone kills someone by mistake it's involuntary manslaughter which I would be willing to talk about. Manslaughter and murder are no-brainers to me however.

Let's look at it from both sides.  Yes, he has to experience his own death twice, no he shouldn't be killed for drugs.  It's fucked up.  But...

On the other cheek we have a guy who will live on in heaven, the other dimensions of the universe.  He's experiencing peace so do not fret.

lol death penalty for drug smuggling is insane. Very overrated crime imo.

On the other hand letting him go because he survived the first attempt is equally retarded and unfair.
