Hi Guys,

Is there any way through which my clients can make the payment by using their credit or debit card and i receive the money as bitcoin.
The reason why i am asking this is that few of my clients are filling chargeback even after getting the product or service and my payment processor is giving problem right now.

Thank you,

Now that you've mentioned it, I don't think I've ever come across such a service, so I'd be interested if anyone knew of one.

To my logic, there isn't a way to accept credit/debit card payments anonymously... that's pretty much the whole point of using them. And that's pretty much the advantages of accepting Bitcoin payments as a merchant: no chargebacks with irreversible payments.

If your payment processor is giving you problems, change it. Why not accept Bitcoin?

It's possible if you think yourself a little about how to do it but man, to be fair bitcointalk isn't place to talk about those subjects. You are asking how to steel safely and you want to use bitcoin for money laundering.
Better to try other forums, it will be big fault from anyone to answer your question even if they know it.

Ask them to buy bitcoin with their debit cards if there country is supported by coinbase or other gateways and send bitcoin to you instead of direct card payment.

You can look at this business page for okpay https://www.okpay.com/us-en/business/accepting-payments/

You can accept debit card payments through their portal and than later on just exchange those okpay to bitcoin through different exchanges available which only takes around 1-2% fee for conversion. Make your decision based on your research on the service, I am not advertising okpay by any mean  Wink

Thank you,

This is just dishonesty on the part of your clients. Meanwhile, you can choose to use an escrow service, like escrow.com, to prevent dishonest clients from filling chargebacks.

Unfortunately, there are not many trusted bitcoin escrow services if you insist on receiving your money in bitcoin.

Which payment processors are you using ? Why the chargeback is successfully fulfilled ? Your sure you're delivering the products ?

The most easiest way to go about it is to ask your clients to pay you in bitcoins. You can show them how they can buy bitcoins using their cards and send you bitcoins instead.Additionally, you can find a service that accepts card deposits for buying bitcoins and ask them to deposit money there which you can use to get bitcoins.

What are you selling? It must be a high-risk product, or perhaps your volume isn't huge and you got unlucky with a few chargebacks.

There is always fraud but if you're taking care of your customers and take steps to protect yourself (signature confirmation, full use of available CC security options, customer-friendly return policy, etc) then you shouldn't be having problems with the payment processor.

But to answer your question - no, nobody is going to take that risk for you and give you bitcoins. Banks are even cutting Coinbase off credit card payments.

Anonymously? Not a chance. Not with a payment gateway.

If you want to deal with 0 chargebcaks then you should just demand bitcoin straight up. If they charge back with their credit card, that's their problem and not yours. But I doubt that anyone would be able to facilitate these kind of high risk exchanges in the first place apart from shady vendors on paxful and LBC charging tons of premium.

But that's the only way for you to make sure that you are receiving payments anonymously. Disconnect yourself from the card part entirely, let them do the purchasing or whatever and you just receive the bitcoins. That's how bitcoin is supposed to be used.

Not like I'm professional but your looking for the impossible if there were one! It should have been posted or shared it on this forum since this forum knows a lot and any news can spread like wildfire. I don't think that exist since cards/debit needs to know their costumers that is also known as KYC.

Maybe you'd need to find a better client whose not charging back after the service/goods has been done  Undecided
More questions arise when your Payment Processor are giving you trouble, which it shouldn't be giving you a trouble in the first place.
Receiving payments through cards are almost impossible, Debit/Credit cards are always monitored and you are only giving yourself more problems than before.

Better to ask for Bitcoin payment and nothing else, or make a contract that once the goods/service has been delivered as per customer request there will be no chargeback filled.
You can easily put people into court with that kind of contract Roll Eyes

If you can convince your customers to pay the fees, here is a list of services which accept credit card payments for bitcoins:

https://www.simplex.com/bitcoin-partners/

Simplex is their common payment processor. When buying bitcoins from any of the services listed on the link above, the transaction is processed by Simplex.

For information about the procedure itself, here is Simplex's FAQ's page:

https://www.simplex.com/faq/

The daily and monthly transaction limits are fairly high which should suit the needs of a medium to high tier business accepting credit card payments. Simplex verifies buyers very thoroughly. Your customers should expect to be KYC verified during the buying process. I don't think they can easily chargeback money from Simplex. This is a company which fights chargebacks tooth and nail.

One of their listed partners hosting the Simplex card payment service:

They can buy bitcoin from virwox, paxful, or localbitcoins at a markup and then use that bitcoin to pay you.

But if your customers are charging you back, then they are probably either using hacked credit cards or they have the intention to charge back on every transaction no matter if the product is actually delivered or not. I would definitely avoid receiving credit card payments directly or even through a payment processor, as the payment processor can hold you liable when someone charges backs.

You should only accept irreversible payments. I would decline credit card payments altogether, only accept BTC or alts for your merchandise/service, and include a guide of how to buy BTC with credit card or other fiat payment methods on your site.
