I would not use PayPal, certainly not with a stranger. It is against their TOS. So if the person who buys your coins does a chargeback you may be screwed. Your account may be locked, your coins are gone, your money is gone. Your fate is really up to the buyer.
You may want to try localbitcoins, craigslist or other face-to-face transactions. I assume you don't want to use an exchange.

Normally people DON'T want paying via PayPal but I'm a loooong time user on Localbitcoins with tons of feedback which I'm happy to verify first. Iv done paypal with some of my regular customers so I'd be happy to buy some at a good price. I offer bank transfer too WITH escrow from Localbitcoins if you like
