The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Escrow with WU? How does that work?
I'll send the coins to the escrow along with my Western Union details the buyer will send the money to me, he'll provide me and the escrow the money transfer control number ( M. T .C .N)
Along with the sender information, the Escrow will confirm the transfer on the website.

Well, I don't think that you need to see the address, as long as the coins are going to be sent to the escrow address, how can I attempt to scam you when we're using an escrow.

Agreed.  As long as he's using escrow, the escrow address will be the address holding the coins.  It will be provided to you by the escrow provider.  There is no need to know this guy's personal addresses.
