So basically a distrubited network of pcs host and maintain bandwidth through the site anonymously, is such a thing existent or possible?

To not make this completely off-topic, this would be impossible since you need bandwidth to send the data from one server to another, so you actually be using more bandwidth, but what would be better is almost a complete bittorrent CDN everyone has a little pieces of your static files and you can easily download from them.

Thanks for the input, thought I had a novel idea for tor2 to avoid requiements for a host server. :p
