Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

You have no prior trust here, so it is highly unlikely that someone will hire you as campaign manager. Also as a manager, you should be able to make alot better appealing post with some graphics and such. I suggest to complete some trades on the forum first, and then trying again.

Ps. You will still have to get a trusted escrow, because there is no reason to trust you with any kind of funds.

This is one of the biggest parts of being a campaign manager, if you have no history of trading here then people wont bother hiring apart from the really scummy ICOs (and those pump and dump masternode coins exclusively made so that the devs can sell the nodes with time dump the coins and then vanish)

Graphics may or may not be necessary but atleast an indepth post of what you are going to do and what your plans are regarding the entire campaign (ie how you manage the campaign, what your fees structure is, do you have any specific requirements like that you wont host any specific type of campaigns, etc)

This is true in the interested of the bounty "hunters" but rarely happens from what I have seen for the more shitty ICOs as those mainly want the job done as cheaply as possible

And tell me reasons why someone should hire you instead one of trusted and reputed campaign managers? What you can offer better than they do? I think that we already have enough campaign managers who are doing their job great. But also there are way to much terrible bounty campaign managers who only can offer cheap price for their job. There are so many wannabe campaign managers who have no idea what good campaign should do and this is why we have so many spammers on bitcointalk. I'm not saying that you're not capable to become campaign manager, but I want to hear answers to my questions.

I guess you wouldn't even know that there's a debate now regarding campaign manager that need to accept members with at least +1 merit in the last two months you can read all about the details -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3122415.0

There's a lot of wannabe campaign managers and for being a campaign manager you need to art at least Sr. Member rank if you run a bitcoin payments, don't know specific rank if you plan to run a bounty campaign though but I think a Jr. Member would suffice.

Do you even know how to send payments in batch in Electrum or Bitcoin Core? But most aspiring campaign managers like you would have a first project in altcoins, needn't to study it for the meantime but at least make sure to expand your knowledge in mew/metamask.

A good start might be offering your services to one of the existing, trusted campaign managers. Offer yourself free of charge and complete tasks that they provide to you while (by default) avoiding anything related to holding of funds. Then, if the job is successful, ask for their blessing/recommendation.

as others state, as it stands, unlikely to get work off of this post alone

There are many manager available in this forum bro. I see many of the people does not get the project yet I am not sure how do you get the project without having concern experience on this forum campaign management work.

Please make your thread look attractive to get the people required campaign services.
Then learn some tactics from the experienced manager like Yahoo and aTriz to avoid the scam call and fake projects.

I cannot offer any reasons as of now, which is why i am offering my services for free. I simply want to be able to prove myself and show that I am capable. Of course no one would trust me, but if i were to run a successful campaign, then the results would speak for themselves. All i am asking is for someone to give me a chance.

You might have heard this phrase :- If you're good at something, never do it for free.Unless you have discovered you are good at it,you wouldn't be doing it for free. Why would any companies want to risk their bounty with someone who is still experimenting with stuff and not sure if they can really do it ?Especially when they have cheap options around.

You could have shown that already by being active. You didn't post anything at all for more than two weeks before you opened this thread. Not only should a campaign manager be trusted, he should also be involved in the community.
Not having earned a single Merit since it's introduction doesn't help either.

Are you serious? No, you must be out of your mind, dude.
Nobody in this world, I mean nobody would do anything for anyone - FREE OF COST.
Do you really understand how much efforts management of a single campaign takes?
Go, ask DarkStar_, Yahoo and Atriz and many others who are already involved in this field.
Do you understand that you are putting your credibility over stake and once you do it for free (and even if you deliver), you will be considered worthless because you didn't ask for what you deserve(d). You will be doing work worth $100k for $100 (for future projects) once you make yourself WORTHLESS in the eyes of potential companies who may hire you as a manager. Think at least 1000 times before saying such things publicly.
If you are seriously interested in getting a job, try to remain very active and get an assistant job from one of the reputed managers, you may be caught in the eyes of few companies who may directly contact you to hire you as a manager to manage their project's marketing campaign.

Yes, he/she is not always active, profile age was 22yrs and account was created last year. No one will believe you, as LTU_btc said we already have enough campaign manager and we can't all be leader. But, I will advice you to start with social campaign manager with the use of trusted escrow as a start.
