The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Did you mean: How did you get you first Bitcoin? I never mind bitcoin, only altcoins. I have Bitcoin equivalent in altcoins, just need to trade into Bitcoin.

I earned from faucets and earned from sites like bitvisitor. It took me three months, but then I had my first BTC. (Yes, it was possible to earn that much just a year ago!)

Start a useful service and accept BTC for it. Trade the earnings from it, whether BTC or alts, and double or triple what you make! Repeat.
Be creative!

The transaction fee to transfer the value of 1BTC earned from 'shavings' would be huge, though, wouldn't it?

Start a useful service and, if you have confidence in continuation of increasing value, sell it for less than presently worth.

Friend gave it to me when I was starting with mining. That was long time ago. Now I try to make 1 BTC each day or two by playing the market. But usually I earn about 12-14BTC/month.

The same way you earn any type of money. Earn it (whether through providing a service, selling something, or mining), or buy it.
