I mined my very first bitcoin and profited $2 from it, and was unbelievably excited.

Proceeded to buy 25 of them for $50 and gamble them all away.

I checked my VIRWOX history and at one point had about 78 BTC in my account.

Disappointing.

I bought my first 1 Bitcoin on localbitcoins back in May this year for GBP 80 (about USD 130).
The price was sort of bad but I was happy to own it, and looking back now who cares about a few percent price difference?
