Slush is good, worked well for me with Avalon and Slush invented whole thing - pooled mining.

Yes, Slush... uses own pool software and keeps it updated.

middlecoin for scrypt.  when i signed up at cex, i point my rig at ghash and had good luck no fees.

Yeah I've actually switched my physical miners to ghash.io to hash with my virtual mining and trading so its all in one place
