Because that can't be considered as major news. In my opinion that was only a minor good news about crypto. The market depends on the trend of bitcoin itself and if the bitcoin still on the bearish trend and every minor news will never give any impact to the crypto. Remember there are so many major news that contained so many FUD. All of the news that you mentioned above means nothing compared with FUD right now.

'Non-crypto' people flooded into BTC based on the mainstream media coverage and hype and promise of almost overnight riches at the end of 2017/early 2018. The only type of announcements which will help crypto now are ones that affect a much wider community.

I've no doubt that will happen but think it will be a slower process than the last pump.

you forgot one  big  good announcement Russian president Putin has set a deadline on July 1 for legalisation in the country. This is one of trending news in crypto platform. Your announcement also interesting in current scenario but currently many problems are affect the crypto platform. So most of the peoples are panic in crypto investment.

Lightning Labs announced "the release of lnd 0.4-beta! This release marks the 4th major release of lnd and the first Lightning mainnet beta, an important milestone."

The last pump was massive and it was not normal growth where the bitcoin price reached 20000$ the reason was hype in mainstream media  . There should be correction in any asset or currency after massive growth all of sudden . Now major correction is happening . we cant expect the major growth like end of 2017 and early 2018 in near future . Even i tried to  post some positive news about good crypto currencies in this thread.

News of private companies, which occur at regular intervals per day. And as we see they do not significantly affect the overall picture, more global permutations are needed to turn the entire market into a green light.

Post christmas, there is a continual bad time and a lot much good news actually flown during this time. The biggest advancement in bitcoin took place over the last couple of months, let  it be the lightning network getting progressive or the BTC transaction prices getting cheaper then the proclaimed BCASH.

what happens today is very difficult to guess, you should know there are many other altc that do the latest update in this year, but has not shown the maximum growth. whether this is the effect of market sentiment or the dominance of bitcoin? whatever it is I'm sick of thinking about it.
