联合国人权事务高级专业办事处报告说，在设立一套新的系统监视并记录朝鲜侵犯人权行为、尤其是那些可能构成反人类罪的行为方面正在取得进展。联合国人权高专办表示，“朝鲜问责项目”正在取得进展。该项目是去年联合国人权理事会要求设置的。该项目要求建立一个中央数据库，储存朝鲜侵犯人权的信息和证据。一名高专办官员表示，她希望最近冬奥会期间出现的朝韩关系趋暖将为与朝鲜当局认真讨论有关人权问题打开更多的渠道。她表示，最终的目标是为受害者讨回公道。

联合国就是一群老流氓，该说人权的时候说其他的，该说其他的时候又来说人权。
