I think that it will likely take another week or so at least before we see non-gox bux exchange rates of 200+.

Never?  Mt.Gox was up to $195 just hours ago.  I would think that it is looking highly likely at this point.

I think $200 will be a point of moderate resistance (not really talking about Gox per se). I've become a bit bearish, though, and I'm not sure how much higher this rally will go.

We are going to assault $200 again this week, we may break through this week or maybe it will fall back and we'll breath through next week instead.  I think it will probably happen this week though.  We might 'kiss' $200  this week and fall back again though, only then break through it again properly a few days or so again later.  Then we'll charge up to $250.

Usually these predictions are wrong and likely too early when called.

Just like all of the same predictions that went on During Feb and March of this year.

there was even a gap (Bitstamp betweek 178 and 181)in the chart that has to close

We've seen the rise from $15 to $266, now this rise came from a stable base at $120-130 so we can go much higher this time before a new crash/correction happens like we saw at $266.

Starting to look like the correct answer is October 21 or 22 at this pace.

To state that "x" is not sustainable or that "y" is overpriced or that "z" is unrealistic shows an amazing amount of hubris. You could be right, or you could be wrong, but both have very little to do with methodologies and almost everything to do with luck. At this point I don't think anyone has a clear idea is going to happen one day to the next. Knowing this is likely the most valuable piece of information you can hold... knowing that in effect you know nothing.
