I don't know the coins they have but try waves, digibyte, ripple and such coins. If there is no such very low fee coin, you have to pay for that  Smiley

If I were you, I'd check a liquidity level of a coins, deposit thresholds and withdrawal fees on both of the exchanges before to act. Otherwise you can end up with a bunch of some coins which you won't be able to exchange on the second exchange because of the low liquidity or deposit specificity.

If you want to send coins to another exchange and also with a low fee, maybe you can exchange your coins with stellar, litecoin or doge.
I often use them when I want to switch exchanges.

the best coin for low to mid is dogecoin.
it is very fast and easy to send your money accross the exchanges, and it only requires around 5 confirmation to get credited.
(of course some exchanges require more than 5 confirmation).
it is only good for you who has around or less 1.000.000 satoshi or 0.001BTC,other than that.

another coin is stellar, litecoin and eth.
it is very good for you to send using this cryptos as long as you have more than 1 million satoshi or 0.001BTC.
based on my calculation,if you are using Stellar or Litecoin or ETH.
you need to pay the fees around 50.000 satoshi or 0.0005BTC for every transaction.
(compared to Bitcoin who charge you 100.000 satoshi or 0.001BTC for every transaction).

P.S;i do not recommend you to send your money using XEM,because it credited my wallet for more than 7 hours.plus some people got a problem with it on some exchange

Most people are transferring their coins from cryptopia and hitbtc to other exchanges, probably that is the reason these 2 exchanges are charging so high withdrawal fee to discourage transfers but i think high fee can not be justified, it will not help these exchanges find loyal traders.

I recommend waves coin for that type of operation.
Because constant fee is 0.002 waves (about 0.01 USD) to all transfers, but kucoin doesn't support waves.
Fortunately Binance maintain it Undecided

I don't use those exchanges, I really don't know but check ETC, that is what I use for Bianace as it is cheap to transfer ETC on Bianace  with low fees compare to btc, eth and others.
