存货等实物资产不实抚顺特钢：可能被实施退市风险警示

抚顺特钢晚间发布公告称，因自查发现存在存货等实物资产不实问题，公司已经开展相关事项的核查。公司初步预计2017年经审计的净利润为负值，并且可能因实物资产不实问题追溯调整后公司出现连续亏损，或2017年及以前年度净资产为负值的情况。根据有关规定，公司2017年度报告披露后，公司股票可能存在被实施退市风险警示、暂停上市或终止上市的风险。
