If 1080ti over a year old, it did not cost as much as now.
False : a 1080Ti is more expensive today than one year ago.
A one year old 1080Ti is more expensive today, in the used market, than one year ago in the new market.

lol that's exactly what he said: a 1080ti bought over a year ago did not cost as much as a 1080ti now. Pay attention before trying to refute Cheesy
It is not what I understud.
Sorry if I misunderstud.

Hi all,
I have a issue with my Wavi wallet.
For the first time I make an output transaction, but each time I try, the wallet says the transaction is too big.
I try with differents amount... even 1 Wavi made a too big transaction for the wallet...
I just made the upgrade to the last version 0.12.2.4.

Do you know how is the maximum size for a Wavi transaction ?

Edit : there are results for the transaction size :
05 k -> ok
25 k -> ok
50 k -> ok
75 k -> ok
>100 k -> NON OK
The maximum size for the transcation is 100 k

Ok, no more problem for me : i'll make my transactions.

I got it... 1 GTX 1060 6GB give me 598 H/s with 78 watt power consumption. It can be more than 600 H/s if I push the power to 90 watt or higher. So far, it's worth to try.

Click here if you need the miner. Choose one which was uploaded around April. Most people use ccminer Klaus T 8.21 rev 9. But I got no luck in compiling that version. Then I moved to rev 7 to make it work.

See the screenshot:

If you found this useful, send me WAVI to: WebM91xV2knSB9x7ai9xktg1kMWSu21Ba5

Very interesting indeed. 78-90 watts is not bad for that hashrate.  how long was it stability running?

i do believe that they are bots from slave comps, or someone flooded with huge amount of server pcs.
remember, gpus are now rare and price rocketing, some miners invest in a lot of refurbished dual xeon which cheaper than 1x 1080ti
my friend is investing in a lot of HDD to mine burst tough

A fine project! Good job!

Works long and stable, but the price of the coin does not justify the use of such a powerful graphics card. For devices of this class is the use of better) Coins on this algorithm - a favorite find system administrators who do not take into account the consumption of electricity.

Hi all,
Do you know if it possible to set up 2 ou more masternodes o the same VPS with only one IP but one different port for each masternode ?
For example :
 - Masternode 1 : IP:port = 121.122.123.124:1393
 - Masternode 2 : IP:port = 121.122.123.124:1394
Only the port is changing between the 2 masternodes : port 1393 vs. port 1394.
If it is possible, what are your advices/HowTo.

The price can grow as an option to accumulate coins and wait for a pump, why not ?

I had the same problem. It is in small transactions which you combine to send total. A suppose there is a limit of around 500 inputs that can be sent in one transaction. Actually it is not good at all.

If you have a server at work or botnet - that Yes. Otherwise, you will never be able to sell more profitable than them. The man's right to speak. Video card is better to get those coins that are difficult to get them something else. So you will be on an equal footing. After all, try)

WAVI is not profitable to mine on the GPU. It would be more reasonable to mine a coin optimized for a GPU. Then sell them and buy WAVI Smiley

No doubt about that !
For example :
 - The 1060 from the screenshot above : 600 h/s for 78 Watts, then 0,13 W/H/s
 - Core i5-7200u (using only 3 cores of the 4 hyperthreaded, dual channel memory configuration) : 250 h/s for Less than 15 Watts, then maximum 0.06 W/H/S.
Conclusion : CPU mining is more than 2 time cheapper than GPU mining.

Why it isn't correct ?
Technical issues or phylosophical issues ?

Because everyone's client application is programmed to talk to the MN on port 1393. You can't change what port the wallet communicates with. The best you could do is set up a second static IP on your VM, assuming you could launch multiple wavi-daemons.

@emike09 & @My9bot : thank you for your reply.

@all :
My conclusions :
 1 - If I want a second or more Wavi masternode I will buy more VPS : one for each masternode :-).
 2 - If I want a better return for my VPS, I will not make more than one Wavi masternode per VPS but some other coins masternodes on the same VPS (one masternode per coin on same VPS). Do you have any advice about wich other coin ar not too bad for masternode ?

Is a static IP required for hosting WAVI masternode?

I'm not finding any sold answers to this anyplace besides a 3 year old post where Dash was removing this requirement. If WAVI is a fork of Dash, i'm assuming it's not required?

Yes a static IP s required for a WAVI masternode.
This is the reason of the renting of a VPS.
