Metamask or MyEtherWallet ????

I have always used mew for my transactions but the constant warnings like "this is not a way to login" is a fear for me.
I tried meta mask but I am not sure how I feel about an extension to a browser.
Anyone can use your computer so how do u secure you metamask??

If you download the real Metamask, not the fake one then it's all good. It is a safe option because you don't give away your private to phishing sites only to Metamask.
Mew is a very safe option if you avoid phishing sites. Cryptonite chrome adds on is good for avoiding phishing sites. If you use the offline version of MEW then you are very safe.

I prefer Metamask. There has been a split of MEW recently, Metamask remains very safe and stable option for me.

Meta mask is the way to go, it is safer since it's what the site recommends. If it's a personal computer then what are you afraid of? You can put passwords so other people can't access your pc.

I suggest downloading and use the offline version of Myetherwallet and store it together with your private keys and json files in an offline storage device like a usb drive. I also reckon it's better to buy a new usb drive to seperate your wallets from your other files.

Never store your private keys in a computer that is always online.

Since the phishing site are not so active last year MEW is my best wallet at that time but right now metamask is way even more it is easy to use can assure that are tokens and funds are safe because metamask can detect malicious websites

Metamask is much easier and much safer in my opinion. Never have to type your private key.

As i read  and browsing since i am still a newbie and never been try to trade hehe i read about metamask is better and safe than mew you dont need to put your privitekey so it safe and aviod the hacker.

I also think if metamask is safer to use because I often hear that myetherwallet is sometimes problematic with hackers and it is not too safe to store many coins.

You should go for metamask because it can secure your token 24/7 metamask is the web wallet right now we just have to install the plugin or you can download the exe file for windows

I use the Eidoo wallet and I really like it.  I also use MetaMask and have had no problems with it either. I hope you find one that works great for you.

i prefer metamask because it is much safer but it also depends on how user is able to secure and take care of his/her accounts.

I find metamask to be much more effective and safe. Myetherwallet is good too but in my opinion a software must be user friendly as well, not only safe and fast but also gotta be pretty. I love the fox of metamask, and the plugins interface is easy to use, and pretty neat looking. Yeah, call me shallow but i prefer the pretty one.

I am using MyEtherWallet is a wallet for my erc20 tokens but metamask is much safer and secure than MEW, because it requires confirmation before accessing your wallet.

I use both, so I use metamask to enter myetherwallet. and that I think is very easy, safe.

MyEtherwallet is safe, dont fear phishing sites because you can see at the url there is an MYETHERWALLET LLC [US] then it is safe to use and to transact, and it is means that you are in the correct website. They just give precautions the to community since phishing sites that looked like MEW is scattered in the web/

well, metamask is the safe way to keep your tokens in, i use it, cause etherdelta, when i trade in etherdelta i feel i am not safe here, and etherdelta already attack from hackers, so i feel safe using meta mask.
