Coinbase customer support

So I ordered a small amount of bitcoins (2.50BTC) from coinbase, as I had many times in the past. It should have been instant but instead is making me wait a week. I have gone through all the verification things so I know it's not that. I've been trying to contact or get an answer out of their customer support since making the purchase. Any one have any experience dealing with their customer support? Any way to get them to respond?

I guess you just have to be patient. Although, they have completed many orders before which have been successful. Hopefully they will be in contact with you within 48 hours.

Yeah you have to wait it out. It takes about 5 days to hit your account. Once your level 2 verified you can buy 10 instantly per week.

You can pm "Olaf (Coinbase)". He works at Coinbase and he usually responds in a day.

You should add a VISA credit card to your CB account if you want to instant buy BTC. If you are Level 2 verified only without a Visa card, you still have to wait some 5 days or so to get your bitcoins. I think they just introduced this new policy in early October.
