Smells like a scam - don't use these guys unless a TRUSTED third party escrow holds all collateral.

Hi guys,

We are an Australian company with 3 offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, and now WE DO LOANS WORLDWIDE

People use their Crypto as collateral and borrow up to 60%.
our website is:

bitcoindealers.com.au
bitcoindealers.com.au/loans.html

This is a summary of what you need to know:

   1.    You can borrow up to 60% of the value of your crypto.
   2.    Your Crypto is used as collateral.
   3.    You receive funds on the spot in cash or telegraphic transfer
anywhere in the world, all major currencies.
   4.    You can keep the loan for as long as you need it.
   5.    Once a month pay the monthly fee, if you want to continue the loan.
   6.    When you are ready pay the loan back, and you get your crypto back.
   7.    HAPPY DAYS!

The Monthly rates are as follow:

 500k+ = 1.5% per month
 200k+ = 1.8% per month

Why does it smell like a scam?
Elaborate please would love to see what nonsense you try to come up with?
And I dare you to video call me on my personal WhatsApp +61423677993 or the office: +611800 628 831

Come on have some balls.

And about escrow, read the last post and answer the question, what happens if the guy doing the escrow dies? easy for you to say. this loans go for long times months and months easily over a year. What then?
Our shortest loan is a month.

Anyway I expect you man up give me a video call so I show you our Melbourne office! and please record it and post it...

If not have the courtesy to remove your post.

Very tough hiding behind your computer ha!

Let me explain, for example you have 1 btc in your account and you want to sell it but bitcoin price is very low 8.5k USD now. If you sell your 1 btc at this rate that's fine instead of 60% you got 100%, but if after few days btc price goes upto 25k USD then you will regret cause price increased by 300%. If you want your 1 BTC back you will have to spend 25k USD + Fee now.

If you take a loan from them, you will get 5.1k USD from them instead of 8.5k USD, but if bitcoin price get to 25k USD you can still give them 5.1k+Interest and get you btc back.

And about Trusting them, I noticed a topic in stake forum by Edward (Owner of Primedice & Stake), He recommended their service in that topic. As, primedice and stake both are running with very good reputation in market for a very long time, i think it have some value. Here is the link: https://forum.stake.com/topic/6754-large-loans-available-collateral-needed/

Smells like a scam - don't use these guys unless a TRUSTED third party escrow holds all collateral.

Also Escrow services don't work for this because of the following:

If a coin is wrt $10,000USD that means we lend the customer $6,000. If the price of BTC drops to $7,000 the customer gets a margin call. and if it drops to $6,500 and the customer hasn't topped up the account, then we have to place a sale position of his/her coins, whatever we sell for minus any interest owing we return.

This is a question for you smart people that keep on talking about escrow: If the price dropped like that, and the coins are in escrow, how do we get the coins from the escrow guy??? what happens if it happens at 4:00AM their time and we cant get a hold of the escrow guy?

I would love to hear what those smart people have to say about escrow now?

Simple, collateral can be held by escrow in solid exchange with  Stop /Loss order,
because it's not done,  if it happens at 4:00AM most likely you also miss it Smiley

As he will miss it now, if i was a client and have funds to him and want to get them back at this moment.
So Op, i think that you answer your question all by yourself. Even if you have three offices as you say, you can't help me now do you?

Easy. If i was a client of you  and had my coins under your management/escrow and i want them back at the time that i wrote the previous message, you couldn't give them back to me as you will not be there/online. Even if you have three offices. English enough?

You get your answer yesterday. Cool

Why does it smell like a scam?

1. Newbie account
2. Not willing to use a third party to hold collateral
3. Business has no past history in lending, probably a phone booth in rented space

etc...

Hello,
Quote
I need a loan of $10000. How Can I get it from you ? or how can I apply for it?

Hi thanks for the post

1. For a $10,000 USD loan we need 2.19 Bitcoin or other major cryptos (we lend on 60% of the spot value) spot is $7,600 USD
our wallet address for receiving is 3M1mVxXUN4EFWnZ4UUP1j9mJ3TkcmAGniA
The interest will need to be paid once per month and its $210 (2.1%) also can be paid in crypto
2. We need a photo of your driver licence or passport.
3. We need your bank account details an currency you would like to receive.

We will then send you the sign contract and transfer the money same day.

Your crypto is stored in cold storage the whole time.

In this case where 1 BTC is @ $7,600 if price drops you would get a margin call if the LVR (Loan to Value Ratio) gets reduced to 85% being $5,372 and liquidation price if it gets to 95% which would be $4,806, we would liquidate in Bitstamp and give you the balance. Also we would give you screenshots of the price it got sold at and time.

So far though everyone has been lucky and no ones loan have been liquidated.

Its a lot easier if you email us or call us, find details bellow.

Kind regards,

I have visited the Melbourne office 7 times. I've sold bullion, bought crypto and have several crypto loans with them. They are a professional service. I am happy to recommend them.
