And about escrow, read the last post and answer the question, what happens if the guy doing the escrow dies? easy for you to say. this loans go for long times months and months easily over a year. What then?
Our shortest loan is a month.

Let me explain, for example you have 1 btc in your account and you want to sell it but bitcoin price is very low 8.5k USD now. If you sell your 1 btc at this rate that's fine instead of 60% you got 100%, but if after few days btc price goes upto 25k USD then you will regret cause price increased by 300%. If you want your 1 BTC back you will have to spend 25k USD + Fee now.

If you take a loan from them, you will get 5.1k USD from them instead of 8.5k USD, but if bitcoin price get to 25k USD you can still give them 5.1k+Interest and get you btc back.


And about Trusting them, I noticed a topic in stake forum by Edward (Owner of Primedice & Stake), He recommended their service in that topic. As, primedice and stake both are running with very good reputation in market for a very long time, i think it have some value. Also Escrow services don't work for this because of the following:

If a coin is wrt $10,000USD that means we lend the customer $6,000. If the price of BTC drops to $7,000 the customer gets a margin call. and if it drops to $6,500 and the customer hasn't topped up the account, then we have to place a sale position of his/her coins, whatever we sell for minus any interest owing we return.

This is a question for you smart people that keep on talking about escrow: If the price dropped like that, and the coins are in escrow, how do we get the coins from the escrow guy??? what happens if it happens at 4:00AM their time and we cant get a hold of the escrow guy?

I would love to hear what those smart people have to say about escrow now?

Easy. If i was a client of you  and had my coins under your management/escrow and i want them back at the time that i wrote the previous message, you couldn't give them back to me as you will not be there/online. Even if you have three offices. English enough?

3. Business has no past history in lending, probably a phone booth in rented space

1. For a $10,000 USD loan we need 2.19 Bitcoin or other major cryptos (we lend on 60% of the spot value) spot is $7,600 USD
