We just need to relax because the market has crashed before and it was even worse back then but prices always bounced back and we reached all new ath. We just don't know how long the market will be in this state and when the next bull run will happen.

Actually this market get crashed everytime , everywhere and it's just like a season of cryptos which has 2 part, crash and fly. As long as crypto currencies can be purchased for cash you can stay anonymous. Even if the governments implement KYC on all the exchanges a person doesn't has to worry about it. Unless you are not paying taxes, I don't think one should be worried.
